Alright. Some companies simply can't get anything done. Even if they want to expand into new businesses and hire professionals, these companies will only assign them a leader who doesn't know what they're doing. Even something as basic as 1+1=2 has to be explained to the leader, and even after explaining it multiple times, they still don't understand. If the leader doesn't understand, that's one thing, but they also give random instructions and blame you for not explaining properly.
